The Radiance Chamber Ensemble was formed by a group of musicians from diverse backgrounds who have joined together to perform music primarily of the Baroque era. The group was founded in 2011 by violinists Michael Schneider and Lea Karpman, cellist Oliver Shapiro, violist Peggy Reynolds and pianist/harpsichordist Joan Baldwin. Their performances have included a broad range of programs at venues throughout central and northern New Jersey, including public libraries, music clubs, churches, museums, art galleries and events sponsored by not-for-profit associations and community organizations.
