The Princeton Singers
The Princeton Singers is an independent, professional chamber choir of
sixteen singers. Founded in 1983 by John Bertalot, and now under the
direction of Dr. Steven Sametz, The Princeton Singers specializes in
a capella
harmony and performs a diverse repertoire of challenging choral music of the
sixteenth through the twenty-first centuries. We have been featured on
National Public Radio's "Performance Today" and "With Heart and Voice" and
have broadcast for the BBC, in addition to having recorded eight CDs, which
are sold through various online outlets, including our own website. With first-
rate musicianship, clarity of tone and innovative programming, The Princeton
Singers has earned a reputation as one of the nation's preeminent chamber
choirs.
