Friday, April 19, 8 PM, The Delaware River Consort** presents, A Thirtieth Anniversary Celebration with the DRC, reflecting the quartet’s three decades as an ensemble.  The program features a number of 13th- through 18th-century European madrigals and anthems interspersed with vocal music from more recent times.  Choral works by Di Lasso, Morley, Weelkes, Jannequin, Arcadelt and Cooke will be augmented by more recent composers like Guastavino, Blickhan, Lauridsen and Copeland.  The evening promises to be filled with love songs (some sweet, some a bit bawdy), hymns, songs of Spring, lots of birds, and one very frightened pig.  Rossmoor Community Meeting House, Sussex Way, Monroe Township, NJ.  $15 admission.  For more information, email drconsort@verizon.net.
