Cantus Novus** - The American Heritage: A British Legacy
Performances in Solebury (New Hope), PA; Netown, PA; Princeton, NJ
Cantus Novus ("new song") performs Eric Whitacre's "Leonardo Dreams of His Flying Machine" and works of Britten, Stanford, Weelkes, Copland, Billings, Thompson and others under direction of Dr. Charles Sundquist.

There will be three performances:

May 6, 8:00 PM at Trinity Episcopal Church, 6587 Upper York Rd., Solebury, PA (near the intersecton of Rte 263 and Sugan Road);

May 7, 8:00 PM at Newtown Presbyterian, 25 N. Chancellor Street, Newtown, PA;

May 15, 4:00 PM at All Saints Episcopal Church, 16 All Saints Road, Princeton, NJ.

Baroque string band ACRONYM, Monday, Feb 15, 2016 at 7:30 pm, Taplin Auditorium, Fine Hall, free and open to the public.  ACRONYM  joins forces with vocalists of Les Canards Chantants for a program featuring the large-ensemble sonatas of Giovanni Valentini (c. 1582-1649). These works will be coupled with performances of a number of extracts from his Secondo libro di madrigali (1616).
